Looking at the growing backlog with new types, should the development and testing processes of a project be managed within the same Jira project, or would it be more effective to create separate Jira projects for testing and development?

If i had multiple tests; for example i have a test for each page of my website. Now i make a pre condition to browse via pc, and a pre condition to browse via mobile. but i need the tests per website page with only the browser pre condition and i also need the tests with only the mobile pre condition.

is there a way to duplicate/clone all the tests and then add the browser pre condition to the tests that already existed, then add the mobile pre condition to the tests that were duplicated/cloned.

can it be possible in any kind of solution to put a precondition into the repository ? is that a configuration thing ? we want to have a solit structure, that all stuff is in the repository. maybe u can help me with that ? thanks
