I'm the same - 5 min showers, in and out quick while my husband takes forever just standing there! Such a waste of water! So what I do for hair masks is I wash my hair, get out of the shower, chuck in the hair mask, then 15 mins later wash out the hair mask in the laundry sink (my grandmother used to wash my hair in the laundry sink when I was a kid). Nice and easy!

Just for the record, being a quick shower girl is a good thing when you have rosacea or hormone related sensitive skin on your face . In my 20s and 30s especially after the birth of my children my skin around my nose did the same as yours. I outgrew it thankfully . But I paid close attention to my skin and excessive heated water was really harsh on my skin and can cause some long term damage to the skin. You should consult with a dermatologist because I am sure they could tell you what is best for skin but I found that I do well to face away from the spray and to make it pretty quick. I shower for about 5 or so minutes and that is even with long hair. Just make sure you get any soaps completely removed from your face and that includes run off from hair products which can be very harsh on the face !

New thing I bought in September that I’m loving, elf no budge cream shadows, specifically Sand Dune ( my eye lid color elevated) and Canyon, it leans peachy on me? A hair product I fell in love with after getting a sample and then immediately purchasing is R+Co Waterfall moisture + shine lotion. I run it thru my hands Ans fingers applying it to damp hair. Then back yo eyes, I already had Oyster Pearl & Exaggereyes and love them. This month I got Eyes to Mesmerize in Pillow Talk and am real happy for it to become a go-to.

29 yr professional here, scrubs are a waste of money, when you wash your hair, you should be scrubbing your scalp like we do when we wash your hair.
Also, the Best hair care out there is Olaplex, 110%. Purchase #4 and #5, especially if you have color treated or lightened hair. It the Orginal and ONLY true bond builder on the market and they hold a 30yr patten on their technology. Any other brand are doing nothing but conditioning your hair, they do not repair disulfide bonds as Olaplex does. And no it isn’t protein, it contains no protein.
