Hi Girl Power, the minus in front of the 19 only corresponds to the 19, there is no sign in front of the 3x which means that it has an invisible plus sign in front of it

Actually I come from Singapore and our formula book have no quadratic equation formula. And it is set by British. So weird. XD.
