You guys this is a great idea — I am a U.S. diplomat working overseas and we love hosting trivia nights for the embassy community and our local/expat contacts. It can be hard to find a good set up! I’d just encourage you to make sure these aren’t region restricted so they can be streamed from a non-U.S. IP address!

The main problems I have with "going out ane being around other people" is 1. Anxiety is awful. and 2. I don't own a car, cabs/uber/lyft are expensive, and the bus service here only runs 6am to 6pm

I run a couple pub-quiz shows, and I can attest to the fact that they are *so* much more fun when people don't look at their phones. Being in the moment with your friends arguing over the answer and being competitive with the other teams is very hard to get entirely wrapped up in when you're busy secretly tapping away and waiting for Google to load on the slow wifi and catching a glance at it, etc.
