It's hard to believe that an amusement park and WALKING ON THE SEA FLOOR are part of the same world.

I really liked this level, they managed to make the scariest part from Pinocchio into a very fun level for Kingdom Hearts. I was expecting this level was going to have it where the boys turned into heartless instead of donkeys, but that probably would have been too dark for a video game aimed at family audiences. That would be brutal to have Sora be killing a bunch of kids who were turned into heartless. I'm just glad they didn't recreate the donkey transformation scene, I feared they were going to do that. I liked how they instead skipped straight to Sora and Jimminy finding Pinocchio with donkey ears and a tail, instead of recreating one of the most haunting scenes in Disney history.

Why did the clown's eyes follow? I literally just stood there looking at it for a while and then walked away slowly until I couldn't see it anymore and always hope I never go through that passage way ever again.

lol true. when I played this world, i said to myself "Damn.. Riku sure got the short end of the stick here. Sora gets a whole theme park, and Riku's stuck in a whale's bowels... lol"

Monstro's field and battle themes were okay but this... this is just wonderful. Too bad Riku doesn't get to experience it like Sora does.

One time I was on top of the ferris wheel when the game dropped me to Riku. When he dropped back, I was expecting Sora to be on the wheel again, but the position of the wheel had reset itself. He fell straight out of the sky. :u

Listening to this after watching the pleasure island/Donkey Transformation sence just hits different when the movie Pinocchio, it got dark when the donkey transformation kicks in knowing how horrifying pleasure island is when children cause too much trouble. But in Dream Drop Distance, pleasure island (Aka pranksters paradise) looks happy and cheerful For Sora to explore (except the for clowns) while For He's just in a whale while Sora is having fun at pleasure island.

Both Disney stories of Pinocchio and Peter Pan are very similar: you have children that run away from home, both end up on an island filled with hidden danger amongst all the adventure the island offers and there are psychotic antagonists with secret agendas. The only difference as far as KH is concerned is that Captain Hook actually appeared in his own world (seriously where in the heck was Honest John and Gideon?)

I hope KH3 follows this direction as well. I can picture the Jungle Book being one of the new worlds that Sora will encounter in KH3. It is supposed to be one of the worlds anyway, according to the rumors. Rumors also has it that a Toy Story world is going to be in the game as well. I can also picture, for some reason, the aristocats too, and as we have seen in the Pride Lands, Sora is one cute kitten/lion. lol. Is it just me or can you picture an Incredibles world in KH3 too?
