The daughter needs to hire a carpet cleaning service now while the rooms are clean and neat. In the son's room it might be best to replace the carpet with linoleum so it is easier to clean. The most desperate need seems to be for grief counseling for both the father and son. I hope they get better. Thanks to you they have a much better chance for recovery.

Auri, I keep thinking about the father and son, but especially the teenage son. When he comes home and sees his house so dramatically transformed, no doubt he feel like somebody lifted a huge burden off his back. You probably saved the kid’s sanity. Hopefully they get a cleaning person to come in regularly and keep the place from turning back into a landfill.

I need to give a shoutout to my wonderful mom. My dad died when I was 9 and my mother was already chronically ill. Shortly after his death she had to have dialysis every other day. She became so frail and had so low energy. But she didn´t let the flat get dirty. Luckily we had only a small one. She did as much she could, also good, healthy cooking and I helped her as much as a kid aged 9, 10, 11, 12 could. Sometimes she hired a cleaning woman (we couldn´t afford it regularly) or some relative came and helped, mum never failed to give them at least a little bit of money. By the age of 12, I could do a lot of household tasks on my own already. Mum died when I was 12, 5 years old, but despite her grief and illness she somehow managed, with a lot of willpower, to make a nice home and a good life for us. When you see how Auris clients struggle, you can imagine how tough my mom was, how determined, how mentally strong. I had to think of her, when Auri mentioned, that she thinks, the mother is still present in this house. Sorry, that it is a little off topic. Thank you Auri for continually helping those people!

The black flat thing on the stove that you threw away is called Stove Guard and it’s supposed to make it easier to clean the stove top. You just rinse it off and put it back on the stove. Just wanted to let you know in case you run across this again. Wonderful effort in cleaning this house. You are my hero!

I think this man has something called complicated grief. It is when normal grief persists beyond a more typical amount of time and turns into something resembling severe depression. He needs psychotherapy and possibly antidepressant medication. I hope he will get the help he needs and I hope his son will too. Thank you Auri for helping them with this monumental task. This will go a long way toward helping them move forward and get healthier, both mentally and physically. ❤

I’m begging my grandma to let me set her up with you Auri. She needs it so bad but I’m trying not to push her too hard. I haven’t seen her house in years but I know it’s not in a livable condition right now. I’m so worried we’ll miss out on our one opportunity to get her some help. She won’t let me help but maybe maybe I might convince her to let you

Your biggest gift to people is that you don’t judge but get people started in the right direction.

It was so touching hearing that you felt the "presence" of the woman passed away while taking care of her home. She is blessing you for what you've done for her family-

You were heaven-sent by Mom. She needed you for her boy and her husband.
What a difference! Maybe there are hardwood floors under the carpets...if so, the daughter could just pull them out.

When this lovely lady does things without her gloves on it makes me shiver 😳

Any large town would have "senior services" to help this poor gentleman. Maybe even "meals on wheels". There are social services he could use. Even a counselor to help him heal from his grief.
Grief can absolutely paralyze you. This is so sad. Thank you for being an angel.

Auri! It would be really awesome if you could make an Auri cleaning bundle for us to buy. I know you use a few companies, but if they collaborated with you, you could do a bundle with a scrub mummy, steel daddy, sini kitchen spray tablets, sini detail brush, your cloth and scraper. It’d be so popular I think!
Also so happy you and Sammi are happy together again xx

I always hope the owners continue caring for their home after the clean.

I don’t know how you stay so positive throughout every video or even keep going. Might be my terrible stamina but I must take short breaks mid clean every time and it’s never this bad of a clean to do.

It is a relief to see that Sami went with you! Since the crack house I was worried about your safety. ❤

Depression can be completely debilitating. I hope he can get the help he needs and maybe someone to watch the child in the meantime. You're great Auri

The way you look at a dirty room, get so excited and say it's 'beautiful' is such a good perspective and not one I was ever expecting to hear. My apartment has never gotten this bad, but every time I look at something that's as minor as the dishes or my bedroom carpet that needs to be vacuumed I think "That's beautiful" and it makes doing what I need to do feel a lot less of a Herculean task (does wonders for someone like me with depression, where stuff tends to get neglected a bit) and it gives me the knowledge it be beautiful afterwards. <3

You know what I love the most about you Aurica, not just that you are the best cleaner in the world, but it's also your compassion to people and non-judgmental attitude, full of understanding and actually this is what makes you the best, is your compassion, that what sets you apart!
