This is what the main issue is. No gun compromise can be made unless the left acknowledges that one purpose of a firearms is self defense! As said, keep the guns out of the wrong hands, however, human behavior CAN NOT be predicted in all cases. Where do you draw the line? Should someone on any drug with a side effect of suicide be banned from gun ownership?
