Japanese Wagyu Auction in OSAKA! | JAPAN WAGYU CARCASS CONCOURSE

Last week’s auction concourse in Osaka Meat Market! There were steers and heifers from all over Japan, including the one from the recent Wagyu Olympic Champion - Nakayama San from Kagoshima Prefecture.

The champion steer was raised in Saga Prefecture! It was an A5 BMS 12 and the total weight was 609.6kg, and was sold for 5,000 yen per kilogram!
