Kerkini Lake Greece - Λίμνη Κερκίνη

Η λίμνη Κερκίνη είναι μια τεχνητή λίμνη που σχηματίστηκε το 1932 με την δημιουργία φράγματος στον ποταμό Στρυμόνα. Φιλοξενεί 300 είδη πουλιών, πολλά είδη θηλαστικών όπως επίσης η ιχθυοπανίδα είναι επίσης πλούσια αφού υπάρχουν 30 είδη ψαριών.

Lake Kerkini is an artificial lake formed in 1932 with the creation of a dam on the river Strymon. It hosts 300 species of birds, many species of mammals as well as the fish in the area is also rich since there are 30 species of fishes.
