Second covers are newer and British

So nostalgic to see these covers. The fantastic artwork is what really drew me in as a kid. They really need to re release the original 90's ones. Amazon has the original artwork covers, but they are missing key features that the 90's ones had. The "Goosebumps" lettering on the front had raised "bumps" in the texture you could feel by touching it. They were also all numbered #1 - 62 in the series on the sides. I'd pay some serious cash to get a hold of them again in new condition.

*Old covers were Genius, especially from a marketing standpoint, the kids wanted these BAD, & I CREDIT the ILLUSTRATOR JUST AS MUCH AS THE AUTHOR TBH!*

Piano lessons can be murder and girl who cried monster used to scare me so much! God I love Tim Jacobson's illustrations so much. He really captured the atmosphere and you could visualize everything instantly once you started reading thanks to his covers. I miss being a kid binge reading these books ;;-;;

My favorite book was One Day At Horrorland, it really is awesome! So fascinating, and has a different type of ending than the other books I’ve read by R.L. Stine.

Ya know R.L. Stine's monsters from the goosebumps series kinda reminds me of the Ghosts and Ghouls you see in Scooby Doo
