her American accent is flawless- her performance in the scene where she cuts herself deeply and goes to the doctor, was by far one of the most moving performances I have ever seen on TV- I will miss this show when it is gone.

Incredibility well deserved Golden Globe nomination.  Ruth's performance in The Affair is spell bounding, and I'm not talking about her sex scenes, which are beautiful, sensual and erotic, I'm talking about her overall acting.  Her crying scene in Episode 10 in the doctor's office was off the charts, it was so real it hit me deep in my soul.   Absolutely amazing.

I love Clare Danes and Ruth for best actress, both are spectacular actresses either one winning would be fine but I would love to see Ruth win it as Clare as won it before.  Ruth you rock.
