Story - Lou and Mandy are the hottest couple in the institution, the pair in love whilst behind curtains they share each other's secrets. Mandy needing glasses and Lou being a prototype. Lou loves Mandy's glasses while she always sees a problem with them and thinks herself as ugly, Lou reminding her she's beautiful with or without the glasses. But things turn when it's getting closer to the gauntlet, Lou finding out Mandy is running for it which angers Lou. For he had thought she'd stay with him. So the pair go out and best each other in front of the other dolls, till Lou finds that Mandy is definitely going through. So he confronts her then breaks her spirit while breaking her glasses and calling her ugly. Destroying Mandy's self-esteem and their relationship, but the only thing Lou sees is that Mandy will now stay with him.

The idea that Lou obviously has abandonment issues and clings to things as he did with Ox. Soon turns on them when they try to leave or find something new. People with these problems can't be left alone or forgotten, its not mentally health
