Mmmmhmmm... So a quick fix is to meditate 15minutes (gives you clarity and willpower for 1~3 hours) then think about what you'd be happy to have done at least once by next week, and start working on how you can get there.
"Ambiently" keeping the goal in the back of your mind really improves your willingness to actually do it :D
