#19 - Softlink and Hardlink on Linux CentOS 8
Показать описание
Learn to create shorcut files (softlink/ symbolic link) and Hardlink in Linux CentOS 8. ln command is used to create both softlink and hardlink in Linux. softlink or the short cut file is dependent on the original file and it will not work if the original file is lost. However hardlink file is independent of its original file and it still works even if we lose the original file. Hardlink works as the clone of its original file and if we make changes in hardlink, the same changes apply on the original file too.
