ORIGINALLY RELEASED 30 YEARS AGO, TRIUMPH’s ‘CLASSICS’ CELEBRATED THE LEGENDARY CANADIAN POWER TRIO’s GREATEST HITS.

And now, on December 13th, 2019, Triumph’s 13-track ‘Classics’ will once again hit the racks (via Round Hill/Triumph Catalog), and all of the expected gems are included - “Lay It on the Line,” “Magic Power,” “A World of Fantasy,” “Fight the Good Fight,” and “Hold On.” Also featured are two special live recordings that close the set - “Never Surrender” (live at the US Festival) and “Blinding Light Show/Moon Child (live at Sweden Rock).

I saw Triumph in 1979 on their Just A Game Summer Tour at the Palmer Auditorium in Austin TX.What a kick-ass show and have been a fan ever since.

This album, and almost ever song on it, holds a memory for me. But when I say Magic Power is my anthem, almost like it was written for me. Music is my sanity, and this band here, knows how to do it. 30yrs may have gone by, but every song brings back the memories like it was yesterday. One of the most talented bands ever. The first time I saw Rick Emmett on that 12 string, he blew my mind. Thank you Triumph..

A most Triumphant Trio who knew their craft and displayed their talents everytime they stepped on a live stage venue ..or the recording studio ..I was blessed to see this band do their thang live and it fantabulous each time ..I saw them twice once in Memphis ..and once in Mobile or was it Birmingham ..wait I saw them thrice..I also saw them in Dallas ..I fell in lust hard with Ŕik Emmetts vocals, playing ..and that cute little arse of his ..lol ..but all teen age B.S. aside I thoroughly enjoyed my evenings I spent with Triumph..Gil, Mike, & Rik thankyou from the bottom of my Rock n Roll Heart for living up to your name Love yall ❤!! I've been around a while and I can't count the number of concerts in my lifetime but, what I can tell you is...at the Omni Atlanta 1986, this was the best damn rock concert with the best damn light show I had/have ever seen.
