This film, including this clip credits Alma with the development of the Marion Crane character in "Psycho" and her death well into the film. In fact, those ideas were entirely that of the screenwriter, Joseph Stefano; Alma, while immensely talented and critical to Hitchcock's success, had nothing to do with the screenplay for "Psycho."
