Interesting property Victoria, have a few questions for you : 1 what security exist on property (example cctv, alarms etc. ) 2. is there a generator or back up power supply, 3.what are the possibility of building other structures on the property grounds;4 are there monthly maintenance or condo fees; 5 What is the water source and sewage ;6 does this property allow foreign ownership is the property currently owned by a corporation. Home is beautifully decorated and love these Thai style designs with a modern theme….. views are spectacular, the perfect family home for sure…. You always bring outstanding homes to our attention but always very high end market which the vast majority is unattainable… perhaps on occasion you can bring to use a more affordable home …. Hi Victoria, love your channel, great videos and wonderful houses, but I think you have to upgrade your video quality. I am not sure what resolution you are using but compared to other real estate videos on Youtube, the resolution in your videos is very low and it detracts from they beauty of the houses and the nature.
