Great “quickie” tour! Only missing 2 things: front/back shots of vessel & the foot-length information. Also, gotta say it sounds like a good price (based on limited information anyway). Given this vid, it seems like it - are yacht pricings getting more competitive these days???

Wow, that’s my kind of interior. Right up my alley with lots of nautical, gorgeous woodwork. Even docked in a Marina, I’d feel a sense of adventure, like I was on an expedition. Without the woodwork setting it apart from a run of the mill, Miami condo, I don’t feel anything special.
