It feels weird hearing someone from another country say "I love you Finland". Even I, a finn, only LIKE Finland, but you LOVE it. You are a weird adorable man, Tyler Walton.

As a Finnish person what I love the most about this country is that nobody is left behind. Yes, we have our heavy-drinkers, homeless people and so on, but still the goverment takes care, healthcare is universal and people help those in trouble. I think it's because the low amount of Finnish people - we think that everyone is important for the country :D

In the bible, it rained for 40 days and 40 nights. They called it a disaster!

In Finland, we call it summer.

I was in Finland for three months and I couldn't agree more. The finns are so nice, so calm and don't judge anyone. Its the best country to be yourself. nice videos 😉

I really love Finland for two reasons: the nature and how good things are here. There's always things that could be better but in general everything is good. And as a girl I'm so happy to be Finnish since Finland is one of the best countries to be a girl and I agree. And education is good. Plus I also like the mentalitet and sisu. :D

I lived in Finland for 5 months, and I totally fell in love with this country an its people. They might look cold and stone faced at first glance, but its kinda delusional, all Finns were very friendly, hospitable and friendly with me. When I see Finns at my home town of Tallinn, I greet them with "moika" :D

Finns like their own space and we don't do small talk but if someone needs help, we help even with language barrier etc, we stick together, I also love that about my country 🇫🇮❤

You should come visit Åland before you leave Finland! It's just a ferry ride away from Helsinki, and you can't leave without experiencing the archipelago!
Q: What were you teaching?

I'm spending the semester here in Finland for my exchange. I've been watching your videos since and they are entertaining. Visiting Helsinki next week!

Leaving Finland in a few weeks after 4 months spent here studying, would have loved to experience the summer but hey, too bad.

You should know that in Finland people silently judge you. Your, clothes, body, face everything. But they act all casual

What I learned on vacation in Norway last year was: there is no bad or cold weather you're only wearing the wrong clothes. When I was watching the aurora borealis in Finnish Lapland earlier this year I didn't feel cold because I was dressed appropriately though it was about -15°C. Gear is everything.

I totally relate to the sound of trams in Helsinki! And other people too. It's very rarely talked about but anyone who has lived in the areas where the tram goes knows what you are talking about. Also, I feel even more warmth from the sound of the OLD trams. It's a bit sad how the sounds of the trams changed when they upgraded them, though I am very glad how spacious and accessible the new trams are

Nice video!

Treehugger. No worries, I hugged a palm tree in Israel years ago. Birch is a beutiful tree. And the leaves are edible. Don't know about those citybirches though.

This was so nice post. You are so natural. True things are, that Finnish people are very different. There are very funny and not so funny people.Difficulties are that you have to work to find all things about... I wish for You all the Best!!
