Very sad that 6 people lost there lives doing what they love, flying WW2 planes. Not a lot of pilots can fly those kind of planes. And watching those 2 beautiful planes colliding....man. My condolences to the friends and families of those pilots.

What a stupid thing to say! “These are planes from
WWII so we thought ‘oh it’s another reenactment ‘“ oh so you see real planes collide and then crash and you think it’s part of the show? They aren’t flown by robots. It’s not CGI. The fighter aircraft is a P-39 AIRcobra, not P-39 KINGcobra. It had a water cooled engine, and for other reasons also, this Bell aircraft was mostly disliked by U.S. airman of the era. So, it was transferred to the Soviet Union as part of the Lend Lease Program.
