Having played multiple gacha games for years now, I have learned that while meta and dmg numbers are important, it all boils down to enjoying each character you get. So while all these points in the video are true, I will continue playing this game because I love collecting characters I love/enjoy regardless of their meta placement.

Everyone cant wait for Ayaka and Yoimiya while I'm here thinking what their 1st anniversary rewards are. On Dragalia Lost they gave a free 10x roll daily for 30 days on their 2nd Anniversary while in Arknights they gave away a free 6* in their 2nd Anniversary. For the most hyped-up and grossing gacha game, I just wonder what Mihoyo will give us.

If more and more characters come out like venti ganyu and zhongli, it'll be pretty detrimental to the game itself as less and less people would be enjoying (I've never seen a whale be happy with their ganyu even after one-shotting) I'll take a fun and creative character over broken characters any day of the week

I think it's actually pretty annoying that everyone compares any news character with ganyu, zhongli or venti, people will just see how much DMG can a C6 triple crowned leveled up Yoimiya can do with her burst, and then boycott her cause she does like 200 less DMG than other characters, fuck your meta strategies I just think she's cute lemme play her if I want and stop wanting ppl to feel bad cause they play a character that's maybe not the best.

Really happy with how MHY has seemed to make 5* C0's actually fun to play without needing
constellations to unlock that enjoyment. Personally, fun factor is the number 1 priority for me,
aesthetics follows closely behind and lore after that. Huge damage numbers are nice to see
in the heat of the moment, but they aren't what keeps me playing.

Honestly, I'm just playing genshin for fun, I don't really mind not getting 5 star characters that much, I just want to have fun playing. Sure, I may sometimes want 5 star characters, but I'm quite content with characters I have as well.

And genshin impact's story was what got me playing in the first place! I am a certified lore freak-

Childe's constellations aren't as necessary as everyone makes them out to be, and he's really great even at c0, yall just see the skill cooldown and don't even give him a chance because he isn't as straightforward and easy to play as as the other DPS

But given the circumstances (it's just Genshin's first, and the daily login between the game is day and night), I doubt we'll get anything like that, probably just like 1.3's 10 pulls
