The original version of "Ion" is a B-side from the "Without You I'm Nothing" era (1998). It appeared later in the compilation "Without You I'm Nothing: B-sides" (2015).

The original version is an instrumental song, but on the Internet I found this one with vocals. The problem is that I don't know who is singing, it sometimes sounds like Brian, but the person singing here has a different accent, so I don't think it's Brian.

Can I ask where you found this? I've been listening to this version for the past few days and it's honestly grown on me so I'd like to look for myself if I can find who it is.. thank you :)
