If the US Govt or even the FED has been secretly pre allocated say 30 Billion XRP of the escrow ….and XRP gets valued at just $10000 per xrp, then this will more than cover the Global debt. You then use this 30 billion xrp to fully repay the debt…..this is called resetting the financial system. Now, you burn the 30 billion xrp leaving just 70 billion in existence to move global money which could be in the quadrillions. XRP price can now move up to say $50000 or more……think about it
