My brother's first grade teacher told us at open house thst the kids share everything with the class and that they all knew the classroom was a safe place to talk about things that bothered them at home.

I always really respected tht teacher for that. Even tho the parents that needed to hear it didnt come to school events

The fact that adults blame teachers for things that kids learn from other kids home life experiences is astounding to me

My daughter is in 1st grade and her best friend is in 2nd. The friend went camping with us a lbd randomly told me that she might go live with her dad because her mom can't take care of herself because she can't really take care of I'm just wondering which grownup she heard that from.. 😬

I was told the story by mom, that my 2nd oldest brother, when asked if his mom had a thermos for a field trip you know to bring the drinks, here's what he told his kindergarten teacher I don't know if Mom has a thermos but I know she has a big empty champagne bottle, I don't remember what they were celebrating but my parents were celebrating something could have been an anniversary. The teacher said I don't know what to believe sometimes😂

I just came across your channel and I would like to give you guys a tip so then you never lose your ID badge or keys or anything you need for your classroom before you come back to the new school year what I do end of every school year is, I take a bin and I put all the things that I will need to get into the school and the classroom and things I will need for the classroom in this one designated bin that I know where it is and I go into my Notes app and I put it in there and I even write it on my calendar so then I will never have that struggle that all teachers have the night before school. I hope this helps.

I mean, to be fair, my kids came up with some pretty off the wall stuff at that age. Their overall attitude is likely a reflection of their parent/s but they can have their own thoughts. My oldest had very strong political views at age 5 and he didn't learn that from me or his dad. He just heard stuff on news, radio, ads, etc and formed opinions.

What amazes me is that? We've got so many children raising children. No one should be speaking like that around their children. Enough with the immature parents for crying out loud. It's gross and disgusting and I rebuke its evil and all its forms.
