Pre-assign Participants in Breakout Rooms | Zoom

This video demonstrates pre-assigning participants in breakout rooms in Zoom.

0:05 Edit the pre-assign room name and enter full email addresses of the participants

0:19 Enable the Breakout Room pre-assign on your meeting

0:23 Import your file

Note: The participant’s name will not show up on the list when they are not connected to the meeting. You may not include additional participants when clicking on Assign. It will say “All participants have been assigned to Breakout Rooms.”
