5 Ingredient Oreo Cream Cheese Cookies- with yoyomax12

These cookies are slightly chewy and stay moist for days. The cream cheese flavour is not overpowering. Next time I will use more oreo cookies!

4 oz cream cheese (room temperature)
1/2 cup butter (room temperature)
3/4 cup white sugar
1 cup plus 2 tbsp all purpose flour
10 oreo cookies broken into small pieces ( you could add more if you want).

Cream together cream cheese and butter.
Add sugar and beat until light and fluffy.
Beat in flour a little at a time until combined.
Cover and chill for about 45 minutes.
Scoop out a 2-3 tbsp portion of dough and place on a cookies sheet (greased or covered with a silicone mat or parchment)
Press cookie dough portions down slightly before baking.
Bake at 350 F for about 10-11 minutes until edges are just a little bit golden. They will appear uncooked in the center.
Remove from oven and allow to cool on cookies sheet before attempting to remove them.
Store at room temperature in a covered container.

Just made these!! They are so good! I doubled the recipe and added an entire box of Oreos (30 oreos). I really liked the abundance of cookie chunks. I also saved some extra dough balls, froze them, and dipped them in melted chocolate! Like little cheesecake truffles! Yum(:

I was sitting here watching this and realized I had all the stuff needed for it, finished watching the video, then got up and made them. I had those s'more Oreos on hand and thought those would make an awesome twist on this cookie. About to taste one... annnd the verdict *drumroll* - 10/10. Wonderfully soft and chewy and they take to the flavor of the Oreos very well. I highly recommend giving the s'mores ones a try for this recipe, it was a lovely combination of flavors. This recipe was also VERY quick and easy. Thank you for another awesome recipe!
