2.Activate Myr Welder using Staff of Domination's first ability by paying 1 mana untapping Myr Welder
3. Activate Myr Welder by tapping it, exiling Sisay's Ring from your graveyard
4. Activate Myr Welder using Staff of Domination's first ability by paying 1 mana untapping Myr Welder
5. Activate Myr Welder using Sisay's Ring's ability by tapping it, adding to colorless mana
Repeat from step 4

you could replace myr welder with trazyn the infinite and he could be your commander to so you could assemble the combo more reliably

Add steel overseer into the mix aswell and thats inifite +1/+1 to your creatures including this card making it as big as you want or instant winning a game with a army of myrs or simply giving it trample and first strike/doublestrike.
