It's also worth pointing out that for people who use Wine or Lutris to play the GOG version/non-steam, their config file usually in .wine folder for example here :

Studios/RimWorld by Ludeon Studios/Config"

But RimPy cannot save the config for bizzare reason, you can't even export it to manually copy paste it to the wine config folder, i don't know why, it's work for the GOG copy on Windows. So if you use Wine or Lutris for playing the GOG version you need to manually manage your modlist with RimPy as a guide instead of tool, well better than nothing i guess.

Hey all, I am trying to boot RimWorld from RimPy, but all that happens is a black screen appears, then promptly closes. What do I need to check to make sure it's working?

I tried to follow this but couldn't run the executable because GLIBC was out of date. Is there any way for me to update or fix this?

Went to go download it and couldn't find the linux file, so I tried windows, and tried to get it to launch with Lutris but failed. I'm using Pop os for my distro.

hello, im having rubble with finding the config on linux mint, ive searched the terms from /username and i can not find it, i have uninstalled rimworld twice already and ran it, made a save, and so on and nothing, just a forever error of....

"There is no ModsConfig.xml found or file was corrupted! Was it deleted, corrupted or wrong path to config folder setup?
You may need to run game at least once before using RimPy for ModsConfig.xml file be created by game itself!"

I tried to download the git specifically the only tar.gz file for download and it only comes with a text file
