Summer Dance Camps at HeART in Motion, Ridgewood NJ

HeART in Motion in Ridgewood NJ is so excited to announce our summer 2021 camps!

• Summer Dance Journey — For children ages 3 to 6. Monday–Thursday, 9:30am-11:30am. Weeks of June 28, July 5, July 12, July 19, July 26, August 16 and August 23. HeART will lead children on a different themed adventure each week to engage young hearts and minds.

• Junior Intensives: For rising 1-4 grade. Monday–Thursday, 1:30pm-4:30pm
Week of July 5; week of July 19. This intensive is geared toward beginner / intermediate level students in a professional and nurturing environment. There will be a different theme each week that inspires the classes, as well as the end of the week performance. Each dancer will experience a variety of styles throughout the week in dance.

• Senior Intensives. For rising 5th grade through high school. Monday–Thursday, 1:30pm-4:30pm. Weeks of July 12; week of July 26. This immersive afternoon experience delves into a myriad of dance disciplines, including jazz, ballet, modern dance / contemporary dance, hip-hop, conditioning, flexibility work and yoga. Classes are taught by our faculty in addition to professional guest artists.

• Senior Nutcracker Intensive. For rising 5th grade through high school.
Week of August 16, Monday–Thursday, 1:30pm-4:30pm. It’s never too early to start preparing for “The Nutcracker”! Join us in this week of preparation for our December 2021 performance.
