0:40 honest tip for anyone that wants to climb out of low elo. Basic mechanics and knowledge will win you the game.
learn how to farm every cs you can, if you can farm perfectly even under tower then you're already ahead just because you're not missing as much CS as your enemy.
Learn match ups, some match ups you will have to play aggresive early to obtain a lead, others you'll have to sit back and let the wave come to you and try not to die. knowing when it is your time to strike is key!
Assist the jungler when you can, you don't want to know how non existent the jungler is for laners on low elo. if you know the 2 vs 2 will be an easy win for you then do a quick shove into the tower around 2:40/2:50 enemy will be forced to cs under tower whilst you help your jungler contest scuttle, you place deep vision, or help invade.
ALWAYS be doing something, jungle camp is up but jungler is on bottom side and you can't go to lane because its to far pushed in? take it! its better to take the money and XP and start the respawn timer as soon as possible then it is sit there do nothing and wait for the wave to come to you.

a bit more advanced would be learn how to manage a minion wave, learn how to freeze and deny the enemy, learn how to rotate towards the current objective on the map both in advance before it is up and by putting pressure on the map forcing people to come to answer you and then teleporting in to help contest the objective.

ps: i'd say tank Sion with titanic hydra is best for carrying low elo, you can get so far ahead with your W passive and tank items that your opponents unless they got specific anti tank kits (like vayne) will feel like wet noodles slapping you whilst it takes 2 minutes to kill you. don't underestimate the power of anti healing as the other way to win against titanic tank sion is just to out sustain you making your tankyness irrelevant.
be a menace, stay near the carry that has the gold on your team and protect them, whilst making sure to one shot the enemy carry when you get the chance.
in low elo, you have to craft your own win, you can't rely on ytour teammates

biggest tip i can ever give tho and this is a REALLY big problem that WILL keep you from climbing at all is to remove your ego from the game.
just stop riling yourself up, getting pissed or emotional or raging/flaming as it does absolutly nothing except remove you further from the game, its the mind's natural defensive mechanism to shove blame away from itself, its just how our ego works it doesn't like to be poked and questioned about what it can and can't do. the second you go 'botlane went 0-25 GG' even if it is true you just admitted defeat to yourself, put the blame on your botlane and have now already lost the mental game and edge to your opponent.

The reason I can't climb out of low elo is because I watch TheBausffs.
I use TheBausffs high elo strats and it doesn't work in silver.

When it comes to Americans and Europeans naming food in english it's a bit tricky, being in the US teached me that things like pancakes, sandwich, burger - those are very specific words for specific food and only those fat ones are called pancakes there (for example I thought everything with two buns is a burger but these are actually sandwiches and a sandwich is not just anything with bread like a word from my language that translates into 'sandwich')
