Atypical Summer Thunderstorm in Hillsboro, Oregon

Crazy loud thunder and lightning. Not typical for Oregon summers.

Whoa... 0:45 seconds - was that like 2 or 3 blocks away from where you were standing??

Anyhow, didn't seem like a severe one, I used to see at least 2 or 3 summer storms a year in Hillsboro when I lived in that area (in 2008, we had a bunch!). Now I see a lot more action now that I've been in Klamath Falls for about 5 and 1/2 years. I had 20+ t'storm days both last year and in 2014.
