Call forwarding to external numbers in FreePBX

How is it possible that FreePBX does not have a simple "Forward to external number" option? Still .... it's quite easy to set this up and this video will explain how to enable call forwarding in FreePBX.

How are custom destinations different from Miscellaneous Destinations? I currently accomplish the same ideas expressed in this video using Misc Destination. Are there any major reasons to use Custom Destinations?

I have a problem with the system when I put numbers like 100 to my computer and 101 to my phone and I call them and I don't hear anything why?
