#pcbuild #pcgaming #pcgamer - Which Size PC Case is best suited for you? In this video I explain the basics between each form factor, along with their strengths... and occasional weaknesses too.

Timecodes, though I don't recommend skipping for visual narrative reasons! (Quality headphones or speakers recommended throughout)

00:00 - Intro
00:38 - Mini ITX
02:53 - Micro ATX
05:15 - Mid-Tower ATX
08:35 - Full Tower E-ATX
09:39 - In Summary

Building a PC for the first time can be a daunting task, understanding what some of the case sizes mean can be greatly beneficial when first starting on your PC DIY journey. I've had countless conversations with new PC builders who either assembled a system which was unnecessarily large or a little too small, resulting in a prompt rebuild at further expense.

Getting your PC size correct the first time not only saves the headaches of spending more money, but also ensures your system is optimised exactly for your intended use!

Hopefully this video provides some insights spanning from Mini ITX right through to some of the largest EATX towers on the market right now.

Links to some of my personally recommendations within each form factor can be found below, and all of the builds featured in this video can be found on the channel too. Make sure you are subscribed, and take a look back through previous uploads to find them:

How dare the algorithm hide this from me for 10 minutes

Hi Matt, I prefer Micro ATX because it's a bit smaller and everything fits in like ITX but still gets the aesthetic look and feel of ATX.

Brother... i am high functioning, bipolar, adhd and your videos calm me down help me focus and get me in the right head space to get things done. I regularly wake up now, make my americano, hit a low temp dab, and put one of your videos on to start my day more symphonoy than cacophony...
Appreciate You and your work Bro! You're a Real One🫡💯

I went to ITX route because they reflect my love for minimalism:
They're way faster to maintain and clean, lighter to carry when travelling, occupies the least amount of space in a limited area, and has more longevity and repairability over laptops.
The only downside is the ITX premium on the parts.

Mid-Tower ATX is my favorite and the sweetest spot 🙌🏻

The biggest drawback i have come across while building a PC is after all the research, all the fitment check and time. When this thing of beauty come to life. Is, i want to do more. I don't want the process to stop. i am constantly debating my choices and researching little tweaks for further optimization. But, mid tower and micro-atx are my current favorites

I just transferred my wifes micro atx system that I built for her a few years back into the Jonsbo TK1 white case over the weekend. Amazing case with such a small footprint. Airflow isn't the best but for what she uses it for all temps were fine. Awesome video and content as always keep up the great work. 🙂

Your production value is insane to me. I don't know how you don't have more subs. Thanks for another great video.

Excellent video Matt, thank you.
Myself, I have a DeepCool CH780 loaded out with matching DeepCool AIO and CPU display lcd. I have a 14900K, dual PNY Quattro RTX 4000 GPUs with 192GB of DDR5 and a trio of 4TB T500 drives as well in this machine. Yes, I use it for AI but damn it looks amazing when the ARGB is reacting to the system applications and workload.

Did a build with a TUF Gaming GT302 case. Bought it in December and it looks fucking amazing. So easy to build in and cable management was a breeze. Very intuitive design and user friendly

Great vid as always. I was a microatx guy until recently. Now I’m interested in mini itx builds to maximize my office/gaming space

Just the video I needed, I had my doubts, but this made me realize that microATX is by far my favorite case size. I hope to build my first PC later this year. Thanks for the videos Mr. Matt, very useful :)

A good middle point would be mATX where the best of both worlds meet, i would personally go with ITX. Good Video 🎉

I love the HAVN HS 420 for its simplicity and size. The best tiny might just be the A3-mATX Wood Edition when it comes to power with a small footprint.
