17 cm cocoa and matcha Chiffon cake. Since both matcha and cocoa flavor are my favorite ! I combine them in one cake with the additonal little bitter of Black Cocoa powder.
Its really delicious nad you can enjoy the 3 flavors in one Cake.
Pre Heat Oven at 170*C if using electric and
170*C ig using Gas.

The Point of making chiffon cake without Failure is mix very well the sugar and oil and eggyolk before adding some Ingredients.

First prepare all the utensils that you will need.
1) 4 large eggyolks combine with 50 gram sugar. add this little by litte
2) when sugar and eggyolk are dissolve, add 65 ml of vegetable oil little by little while mixing this in hand mixer.
3) add 70 ml water . MIX
4) add 70 gram of all Purpose flour. Mix
5) Separate this Mixture into 3
For Merengue
6) In a large Bowl 5 large eggwhites and add sugar little by litte 50 gram sugar)
7. Divide this merengue into three.
****Takenote i weighted this mixture and eggwhite to have an equal amount of cake
8) Add merengue on each bow and pour each into the Cake mold
9 Bake this and wait until it completely cold or else it will not turn into good shape.

Can you substitute the vegetable oil for coconut oil ?
