To stop oxidative stresses, one must be at an optimal level from many levels. Pills won't be enough. Exercise, fiber rich natural diet, no ultra processed foods, eats foods that promote gut health, lower blood pressure, have a A1C well below 6, sleep well, don't smoke/booze, manage stress, live in a clean environment... & be a bit lucky.

Cutting on salt is not a solution, rather cutting on UPF ( ultra processed foods) Most UPF is not food. It’s an industrially produced edible substance. I love my salts, specially Baja Gold mineral sea salt 🤍

Maybe I missed it, what is he saying to do to prevent the inflammation which is causing the plaque build up. Is it monitoring insulin so cutting crap or carbs? What’s he saying is root cause?
