Northern Tool Sneak Peak - New Store Opening

We recently received a call from Northern Tool asking if we would like a sneak peak behind the scenes of a new store opening. Here in Lakeland, FL, this wild the 13th Florida store opening for them. Of course, we jumped at the chance.

We first browsed the metalworking section where they have welders from Klutch, Hobart and more. We actually just reviewed the Klutch MP200iDV multiprocess welder.

In addition to welders, they have most other metalworking tools as well. From band saws and chop saws, to drill presses and die grinders. They also have all the consumables in the store as well: flap discs, grinding discs, cutting wheels, and even PPE.

Northern Tool has an in-house line of pressure washers and compressors called North Star. These units are build in Minnesota. They have pressure washers to fit just about any need, from small electric to pull-behind trailers with boilers to heat the water being distributed.

If you're in need for a generator, they have those too. They carry the super quiet Honda inverter generator, and they also carry the Powerhorse brand inverter generator. This is their in-house brand and it'a ultra quiet and is available in 2,000 and 3,500 watts. If you need a generator to run a lot of stuff, they carry everything up to 15KW.

We don't have Northern Tool stores where I live, but this looks JUST like a bigger Harbor Freight.
