Mesa is one of the more popular frames. There's many different ways to build Mesa, focusing either on shields or health to survive and enhancing those build choices with arcane enhancements. In this video I show the build I use for mesa that balances strength, efficiency and endurance, this is Shatter Sight Mesa.
