if we live in 2D: sees a thing in 1D
If we live in 3D (Now): sees a thing in 2D
If we live in 4D: sees a thing in 3D, so 4D people can see all object from their world in all angles

We are rotating 1D, 2D and 3D in 3 Dimension to get 0d, 1d and 2d respectively . So if we need to make 4D to 3D, we need to rotate it in 4D or greater than 4D dimension (like 5D, 6D etc) 🧐🤔
