thanks for sharing this video... cos i have shoulder problem with playing to much volleyball. playing volleyball i used my shoulder alot and now it got to me. thanks again Dr. Jason

Thanks for this! I’m a T1 diabetic and have RA/MCTD amongst other issues. My mom has had severe frozen shoulder also so I try to keep active ROM in my shoulders. This video helps a lot. You rock!

You didn't say don't turn your wrist while fully extended backwards... broke my damn arm thanks it helped alot

hi from turkey, i have dislocated my shoulder " Inferior " first time 2 month ago. i started to go fitness again 1 week ago, but i still have edema in my shoulder. what you can recommend for me. and i think my labrum is sturdy because i can do all movements without pain what do you think about it ? thank you

Do you have any advice for a pinched nerve? I had a pinched nerve in my neck/shoulder last night that lasted 5 hours. I couldn't sleep. Was up until 5am :/
