I have a boxer for a service dog. I have only had to use him for protection once. (we were attacked by a police k-9 in California). I gave him his command and he took out the shepherd. He has also been through cancer treatment with me and also does some therapy work. Babies are his downfall. even when he's working, if he sees a baby. he'll look at me like "break time?" Friendliest dog in the very protective of his human.

Amazing how german boxers go with such force and speed! Boxers are great guard and protection dogs! At the same time, family dogs and still silly babies! Great vids 3 great training!

Dang! Boxers started my love for dogs and now I'm pursuing a career in military working dogs. This is impressive and shows me something I didn't know about boxers. That dog hit as hard as a Belgian malinois!

You just never know how your dog will react if you really are threatened.Our friendly passive Lurcher turned into a growling fury when some dodgy people came to the door late at night. The people were up to no good, but luckily the dogs made them go away.Til then, I had never seen the dog show ANY aggression.

@gaelgeseomra We were training for the dog sport of Schutzhund in this video, when training for police work a muzzle or body suit is used and the dog learns to channel into the man instead of the equipment.

That dog may not be that heavy but at the speed it was coming at you "nonstop" and "pouncing" like that, lets just say I wouldn't want to be on the other end of that bite.
