My setup is from some of your first videos, so I think I'm way behind. Will need to check how far off I am from the latest versions of SD so I can follow this great video. Thanks for sharing

Hi Laura. Why don't you give a try to Stability Matrix? It's a software available for both MacOS & Windows and it does all the boring installation parts for you. On top of that it manages the checkpoints and other models download and keep them shared between different UI installations (ComfyUI and WebUI Forge for example)

how to change the models in this, i have installed forge but not getting a good response when i change model

any tips on how to deal with the slowdowns on adetailer and loras in general?.
Sometimes skipping the first gen in a lora resolves but other times it still takes 4x+ as long to render with a lora.
