I realize that the title alone will smash the perception that I am perfect, but I am in fact not perfect and these are the mistakes that I make in the game, so you can avoid them. Let my failures be your guidance.

Banging my head against the desk with the fact you can save line ups. Probably over a 1000 hours of fm means I have wasted at least a few days of my life not knowing this.

18:38 this is why I've recently found I like to start a save with the first transfer window off, it forces you to really look at what you have and how they play before you dive into the market. Biggest benefit was having to play Timo Werner during a injury crisis and discovering he's an incredible PF who dropped 27 league goals in a season!

What I do with the Reserve thing is that I plan my 25 man squad prior to the season beginning with 2 players for every position, one is my 10/10 best player in that position, and the other is maybe a 7/10.

Player 1 is a Star Player, Important Player or Regular Starter, and Player 2 is a Squad Player or Backup Player - that gives my 22 players who are First Team ready, the remaining 3 players I have my best young Prospects in.

Then I simply rotate 2/3 players every couple of games (except for Goalkeepers, my Number 1 plays every League game, Number 2 plays in the Domestic Cups)

I’ve found that it keeps everyone’s fitness up, keeps them sharp and builds connections throughout the team

About lowering the intensity from tactics and instructions : It has been tested by french players assisting Arkunir and Joel throughout the entire FM World Cup, that it doesn't change a damn thing and does not work the way you think it works. Your players won't save stamina, won't be less injury prone...

One thing I’ve started doing that appears to have an influence in match is giving oncoming substitutes a team talk. Only recently started doing it and now subs have more impact in game

I just found your channel mate, I created a tactic in fm 17, that i used up to FM 22, and won multiple unbeaten leagues and all the trophies available over the season with multiple teams over these years always playing in an online save with a friend and typically only having maximum 5 players over the age of 23 and selling before 27. I uploaded my tactic into workshop with very positive feedback. I did not play FM 23 a lot but recently made the new save in fm 24 adjusting my tactic to the changes made to the game. this is the first ever tutorial I watch for corner tactics, I am looking forward to seeing how it changes the game in this aspect as I feel like i dont score anywhere near a lot of goals but constantly have over 4xG almost every game.
