This is cute. I remember working with prairie dogs and how fun it is. The calls that she makes is called a jump-yip which is used to call to alert others of danger or to relax others. This is such a unique position to be in. But I have to emphasize that prairie dogs do not make for good pets. So if you want to see one go to a zoo or prairie dog town. Also try and help with prairie dog conservation efforts.
