Just imagine if it's another year that they have to go through that if they can't get it together they need to shut the building down and place those tenants and shelter into the time being also give them a new apartment because the city is in the process again finds throughout the pandemic. That's what a lawsuits come in at

If the building condemned they need the Evacuate the whole building if it's flooding and there's no heat or water they need to evacuate the whole building

No heat for days can't be true I have central heat and the cold still gets thru and it's very cold so I cant imagine bo heat that death quickly
