both are very terrifying but without a doubt in my opinion the ombra one more since on its map when I got it it scared me a lot since I played with high graphics

I can't really compare them, Ombra can sink into the ground and jump out of the ceiling in the least expectable moment, causing you to scream.
However, TIO himself is just one big scariness, his as fast as player, he always makes it feel like he is near you, and he always is, even his transformation was terrifying.
No matter what you all say I honestly think TIO is still the scariest piggy creature so far.

TIO’s jumpscare is epic but I personally prefer Ombra’s because it’s shorter and you can get to the players faster.

I feel like tio is scarier, when people go against a player tio in any map the just try to avoid him more than any other piggy skin, because tio looks so big some people think he has a bigger hitbox and that makes him more intimidating

In terms pf scariness ill give it to ombra since he can jump out from the ceilling and his jumpscare is fast aswell but in terms of design tio wins because its smooth and the overall design is cool but if you compare each other for scariness i say ombra
