Rosie take your time on moving out make sure you can afford it and make sure you are happy when you move out. I know I don’t know your boyfriend but I’m sure he will understand when you are 18 and he’s not that you can do more than him until he is 18 and I don’t know how long he has to wait till he is 18. Stay happy with him and again don’t be pressured into showing him on socials. If people don’t believe you then they have trust issues

Rosie when you first move out it’s probably better to rent a flat instead buy a house as the maintenance is up to the owner, so say the boiler breaks it’s up to them to fix it or if there’s a leak they’re the ones who sort it so you don’t have to worry about the stuff like that x

The fact that you didn’t realize that you had to pay for electricity, etc & that you want to buy a house instead of renting for a bit indicates maybe you’re not ready. Take your time, weigh your options. And, none of my biz, but I’m sure you have quite a lot of money that your parents have banked for you…perhaps some of that can go to getting your own place when you’re ready

Rosie you need to slow down here. You can do it if you really really want to. But you need to have a budget first you need to first figure things out. You have to do this first and I don’t know if your mother taught you this or your dad you need to build credit you need to get a credit card with a credit limit that you can afford so it could be $200. It could be 1000. It could even be 500 so whatever you can afford, build up credit then you go to a bank to see what they are willing to give you as a mortgage and then that’s the amount of money that you have to be able to spend in that range now another thing you could do and it’s a different kind of option and that is buying a fixer-upper this way you can design it the way you want it and everyone that is willing to help get involved. but you’re working every day five days a week or enough to make those payments then you afford your mortgage, you can afford your electric bill. You can afford cable or television or however, streaming service you’re going to have you can afford your car, your gas, your maintenance and all that stuff so you know work thisall low and don’t don’t put yourself down. Don’t put down You got this girl you can do anything you put your mind to. You made it this far.
