Tbh, 2ne1 and BigBang are how I even heard of all these designers, models, brands etc etc. like they were trendsetters and I remember watching their styles and then months later see it trickle to America and I was so happily surprised. I strongly feel ppl especially in celebrity fashion/stylists followed them closely. They would rock stuff and then you’d see everyone else trying it in Korea too. For America id see a couple of celebs rocking it and then spread again.
