Witnesses describe Trump call with the president of Ukraine as 'improper'

Transcript released, Ukrainian President said there was no quid pro quo, the concerns are coming from people who have never met with the president or talked with him, and they "believe" that there was a power disparity ( which is an opinion and not a fact). This is dumb, as a liberal can we just get back to policy making please. Also could the news be more accurate and not as bias I know Trump is a good money maker for the headlines but I would love to see other things in the news.
