One thing to note is that your AWS CLI permissions are inherited from the permission's of the IAM user used during console login.

Nice! I suppose it's a bare-bones, unnamed, Cloud9 environment...without the IDE. Since I'm a power user, I'll stick to working with one of my Cloud9 environments.
