Solkadhi is a type of curry Popular in Goa and the Konkan region of India, it is made from coconut milk and kokum. It's known for it digestive properties.

Ingredient

1)1 cup warm water
2)8-10 kokum petal
3)grated coconut
4)2 Green Chili
5) Small garlic clove
6)1/2 tsp black salt
7)cumin powder
8)coriender

Method
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
#take one cup of warm water and add kokam petals and keep a side for 30 min.
#take geated coconut add it in grinder jar.
# add grin chili and garlic along with coconut, add water and grind it for2-3 min.
#train the coconut milk through the strainer.
#train the kokam juice in coconut milk trough strainer and mix it well.
# add black salt and cumin powder and mix well.
#garnish with coriander leaves.
